How does Stripe payment work?
The website is ready to link to a Stripe-hosted subscription checkout. A Stripe Payment Link or connected Stripe account is required before payment collection becomes active.
What roles are available?
Admins manage users and tokens, Managers can update records and send reminders, and Agents can review records and add customer notes.
Does the plan include SMS charges?
The reminder workflow is included. Twilio usage is billed separately through the Twilio account connected to the workspace.
